Stand Tending
Spectrum has been involved with manual stand tending since 1987. Our Stand Tending program has grown and evolved with our company to be one of the largest in the province. We completed over 1500 hectares of brushing or spacing in 2007. We provide our clients with impeccable standards in regards to quality of work, with the references to back it up. In addition to manual brushing and spacing, our experience also extends to girdling, mistletoe eradication, cut stump herbicide application, snap and hinge, grass seedlings, and pruning. Spectrum Resource Group Inc. has the experience and ability to develop implementation plans to re-activate access into backlog areas for stand tending treatments. We also develop and prepare silviculture plans for one to five year periods for Appraisal and Backlog areas requiring: Site Preparation, Planting, Manual Brushing, Chemical Brushing, Juvenile Spacing, Sanitation Spacing and Surveying.
